How to Find Strength in God When You Feel Like Giving Up | Discover the Supernatural Power of Christ

Have you ever felt emotionally exhausted, physically drained, or discouraged by a health diagnosis, unanswered prayers, or difficult circumstances? Maybe you're wondering if you have enough strength to keep going.

The beautiful truth of Scripture is this: you were never meant to rely on your own strength.

In this episode, Dr. Kimberly shares how God invites us to exchange our weakness for His supernatural strength. Through the lives of Joshua, Paul, and Hannah, you'll discover that God's power is available to every believer through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. If you're facing fear, discouragement, illness, overwhelm, or feel like giving up, this episode is a reminder that **you are not alone—and you are not limited by your own strength.**

In This Episode

* Why you are not limited by your own energy

* The supernatural power of Christ living within every believer

* How Joshua found courage for an impossible assignment

* Why Paul could keep going despite suffering, persecution, and hardship

* Hannah's powerful example of trusting God before her circumstances changed

* How to overcome fear, discouragement, victim thinking, and hopelessness through faith

* Learning to depend on God's strength instead of your own

* A closing prayer for anyone needing renewed hope, peace, and endurance

Key Takeaways

"Your assignment is not sustained by your natural capacity—it is sustained by God's supernatural presence."

God never intended for us to carry life's burdens alone. His strength becomes most evident when we reach the end of our own. When we stop measuring our future by our present circumstances and begin trusting God's promises, we discover the supernatural power Christ has already placed within us.

Scriptures Mentioned

*Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

*Joshua 1:9: "Be strong and courageous...for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

*Ephesians 1:19–20: God's immeasurable power toward those who believe—the same power that raised Christ from the dead.

*Ephesians 3:20: God is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine according to His power at work within us.

*2 Corinthians 12:9–10: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness."

*Colossians 1:29: Paul toiled "with all His energy that He powerfully works within me."

*John 15:5: "Apart from Me you can do nothing."

PRAYER:

Heavenly Father, I come before You acknowledging that You alone are my source of strength, hope, and healing. I was never meant to carry the weight of life in my own power. Thank You that I don't have to rely on my limited energy, emotions, understanding, or willpower. Your Word says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," and today I choose to believe it. Lord, I pray for every woman who feels discouraged by a diagnosis, exhaustion, ongoing disappointment, fear, self-doubt, or circumstances that seem impossible to overcome. Remind her that her true strength is not found in striving or human solutions, but in You alone. Help me not to measure my future by my present circumstances. My limitations are not Your limitations. When my strength runs out, Your supernatural strength begins. Teach me to lean on You, trust You completely, and take the next faithful step even when I cannot yet see the outcome. Today I choose faith over fear. I declare that I have the wisdom, stamina, grace, and courage to walk through this season because You are with me. I declare that I am no longer limited by my own strength because the supernatural power of Jesus Christ lives within me. Your peace guards my heart. Your wisdom leads me. Your joy sustains me. Thank You for giving me the courage to keep going. I choose not to quit. I believe You are working behind the scenes even when I cannot see it, and I trust that You are working in me. I choose to live by faith and depend on Your power. All things are possible according to Your perfect will. Thank You for walking beside me and reminding me that I am never alone. **In the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.
