If you want optimal health, you have to eat the foods designed for the human body. The foods outside of the produce section of the grocery store is mostly made up of "processed inflammatory" non-foods. Meaning, the body has a hard time breaking these foods down, distributing them to repair and build your body.

Your perspective is probably that you want to continue to enjoy the foods you love. You don't wan to miss out on birthday cake, your mom's cheesecake, going to dinner at your favorite restaurant. I have been living this way for over 30 years and I DO eat the foods I love. The truth is, there is strategy and ways to never miss out on your favorites. Feeling vibrant and energetic, pain-free, and ideal weight is no comparison to living with the short gratification of a food. You can't eat unhealthy all the time, but once your in the green zone of health, your body can tolerate most all foods. What I have found is that people change- and you will be surprised at who you become in the process of getting healthy. You have to have an honest conversation with yourself. I don't like fruits and vegetables
When you start to eat REAL food, your taste buds get reborn. You begin to like fresh fruits and vegetables and you begin to like how you feel. Twelve days is a springboard, but it will tell you about your health. I help people make the transition which is much easier today than 30 years ago when I started. There are so many new recipe books and websites that tell you how to exchange your favorites for healthier versions. Sugar, fatty foods, caffeine, adrenal rushes from protein are all stimulants and deplete your health and organs. Even my die- hard fried food lovers end up appreciating and enjoying the amazing flavors of fruits and vegetables. It takes a desire and making a new choices, you can do it.
My health concerns run in the family
